Regarding FCC 11-161: Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
FCC 11-161 requires billing VoIP traffic at interstate rates. UDP is assisting our clients to meet this requirement through the GALAXY Carrier Access Billing system. Programming changes required to fulfill this regulatory requirement are being performed at no cost to UDP's clients.
