UDP Hires New Vice President
of Business Development
Kelly Frank Joins the UDP Team
San Antonio, Texas – September 12, 2010 – UDP, Inc. (UDP), a leading provider of
integrated customer care, billing, provisioning and enterprise resource planning (ERP)
solutions for communications service providers, today announced the addition of
Kelly Frank as the company’s new Vice President of Business Development.

Prior to joining UDP, Ms. Frank enjoyed a 28 year career with SBC/AT&T, most recently
as a leader in business-to-business marketing. During her tenure with the company,
Ms. Frank was responsible for launching new business models in key areas, building
strategic alliances, and identifying new sales channels.
Ms. Frank noted, “Our customers are transforming their businesses and it is great to join
